Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a highly skilled manufacturing team, drive efficiency, and improve quality across one or more shifts. You will oversee safety, cost, and alignment with plant goals while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Key duties include managing performance metrics, applying Lean tools, maintaining regulatory standards, and ensuring data accuracy in manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Requires experience operations environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma practices preferred.
• Knowledge of managing in a regulatory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly technical team and manage performance metrics.
• Drive operational and quality excellence using Lean tools like 6S and SPC.
• Ensure GMP, GDP and quality standards are maintained.
• Foster safety, accountability, and engagement across shifts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget.
