Job summary

Panasonic Energy is hiring a Production Supervisor in De Soto, Kansas, to lead safe, efficient 24/7 shift operations in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, delivering production, quality, cost and delivery targets while upholding standardized work and Lean practices.

You will develop the team, drive cross‑functional problem solving, and ensure safety, quality and operational standards, with exposure to PFMEA, control plans, and ERP/MES systems like SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Associated degree in a technical field required; more education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus.
• OSHA 30-Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to Standardized Work Instructions (SWIs).
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
