Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Manager for its De Soto, Kansas facility. You will lead multiple high-volume production lines in a 24/7 operation, driving safety, quality, cost, and delivery to achieve strategic goals. This role reports to the Operations leadership and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop Production Supervisors, optimize capacity, and champion Lean initiatives, with a focus on operational excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in high-volume, 24/7 environments.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP/Oracle/FactoryTalk).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, cost, and delivery across assigned production lines.
• Lead and develop Production Supervisors for daily execution of plans.
• Drive Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
