Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America in Kansas is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a 24/7 manufacturing shift, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will drive Lean initiatives, mentor technicians, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet targets and sustain continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of SWIs, safety standards, and manufacturing metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline is required or equivalent.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business/ops/engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to hit production targets.
• Ensure adherence to Standardized Work Instructions.
• Plan tasks and priorities for team members.
• Drive Lean and 6S to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
