Job summary

Panasonic Energy in De Soto, Kansas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safe, efficient 24/7 shift operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive Lean, 6S, and SQDCP metrics while developing team capability and acting as escalation point for operational issues.

The role requires an Associate’s degree, 3+ years of progressive leadership, and strong English communication. Shift: 6:30 PM–7:15 AM Nights, with opportunities to impact safety, quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline required; related experience may substitute.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, operations, industrial engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification encouraged.
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Promote Lean, 6S, and SQDCP initiatives across the plant.
• Train, coach, and develop hourly and skilled technicians.
