Job summary

Panasonic Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safe, efficient 24/7 shift operations at the De Soto, Kansas facility, focusing on standardized work, Lean and SQDCP metrics while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will mentor skilled technicians, enforce safety protocols, and drive cross-functional problem-solving to meet production targets.

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure development and adherence to Standardized Work Instructions (SWIs).
• Plan and assign work schedules and priorities for team members.
• Drive issue resolution and data-driven decision making.
