Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the night shift in Olyphant. You will lead a team, manage tasks and attendance, ensure safe operations, and drive quality and on-time delivery.

You will oversee line activities, monitor KPIs, coordinate training, and implement continuous improvements while ensuring GMP compliance and 5S standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and resource management.
• Solid knowledge of safety procedures and GMP-friendly operations.
• Experience coordinating training and assessing employee skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night-shift team, assign tasks, track performance and manage absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality adherence.
• Monitor KPIs and report shift-level quality and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate training and development to meet operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement and corrective actions for deviations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for growth.
• Coordinate shift handovers and staff schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S standards across areas.
