Experience in a fast-paced facility, ability to assess skills, coordinate training, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with maintenance are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to assess employee skills and coordinate training.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night shift team with task assignments and attendance.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and report shift-level quality and delivery.
• Train and develop team members to meet operational standards.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S and CI practices.
• Coordinate shift handovers and personnel schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
