Bob Evans Farms, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Night Shift Production Supervisor to coordinate daily production in a 24/7 facility. You will assess requirements, assign tasks, and ensure safety and staffing targets are met while coaching the team for performance.

You will lead shift production, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of college and equivalent work experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Four to five years of progressive experience supervising industrial food manufacturing equipment and staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee shift production on the floor with safety protocol adherence.
• Coach and discipline hourly staff; manage timekeeping and policy enforcement.
• Maintain production through continuous improvement; monitor staffing and resources.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training and mentoring processes.
• Identify production performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure a safe work environment; participate in safety programs and audits.
• Ensure product quality per specs, SQF protocols and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate handoffs to oncoming leadership for continuity.
