Bob Evans Farms, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor/Manager – Success Practices to oversee night-shift production in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

The role requires coordinating daily production requirements, staffing and coaching team members to meet safety and performance goals. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop shift plans, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a food manufacturing facility.
• Four to five years of progressive experience with industrial food manufacturing equipment and supervision of multiple employees.
• Strong emphasis on safety, HACCP, GMPs and OSHA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shift production on the floor with safety adherence and clear expectations.
• Coach, counsel, discipline and manage timekeeping for hourly staff.
• Maintain production through continuous improvement and cross-department cooperation.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training and mentoring processes.
• Identify gaps in efficiency and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure a safe, high-performance work environment and proper handoffs.
