Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and shipping areas to meet efficiency, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop production schedules to meet internal and customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety policies across shifts.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and supervisors to achieve business goals.
• Plan and optimize staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
