Bob Evans Farms, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Plant Manager II to lead a 24-hour operation, focusing on safety, quality, people, production, and environmental compliance.

You will drive site strategy to meet production goals cost effectively and deliver financial results. Responsibilities include directing manufacturing activities, managing budgets, implementing GMPs, coordinating audits, and developing staff.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management.
• 7-10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement with team leadership.
• Lean environment experience.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
• Familiarity with EPA, FDA, OSHA and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Directs manufacturing activities to meet demand at lowest cost while upholding quality standards.
• Controls expenses including shrink, labor and overhead using Continuous Improvement techniques.
• Develops annual plant budget aligned with forecasted sales and inventory needs.
• Implements plant safety programs and GMP compliance.
• Collaborates with QA, finance and audits; staff management and development.
• Oversees staffing, performance reviews, discipline and succession planning.
• Supports contract negotiations and complex labor relations where applicable.
• Leads 24-hour operations and cross-functional plant initiatives.
