Job summary

Bob Evans Farms, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Supervisory/Manager role for Harvest Manufacturing to coordinate daily production and staffing. You will ensure safety, drive productivity, coach team members, and maintain quality standards across shifts.

You will lead a team in a pork sausage production environment, implement improvements, and partner with cross‑functional groups to meet safety and output objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of college and equivalent work experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Four to five years of progressive experience with industrial food manufacturing equipment and supervision of multiple employees.
• Experience in Harvest (Pork Sausage) manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production on the production floor with adherence to safety protocols and supervision of hourly staff.
• Coach, counsel, discipline and manage timekeeping for hourly employees.
• Maintain production through continuous improvement activities and coordinate cross‑department collaboration.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training and mentoring processes.
• Identify production gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure a safe work environment and participate in plant safety programs.
