Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and training coordination skills to develop staff and ensure compliance with GMP standards.

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environments.

• Ability to assess employee skills and coordinate training efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5S and Continuous Improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night-shift team, assign tasks, monitor performance and manage absences to keep operations on track.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment operates correctly, meet quality standards and production goals.
• Monitor KPIs and report on shift-level quality and delivery performance.
• Coach and develop team members, provide training and support for skill advancement.
• Maintain GMP compliance and cleanliness, applying 5S and CI methods.
• Coordinate shift handovers and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
