Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Fernley, NV. This role will supervise an hourly production team, drive productivity, manage equipment utilization, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma with 3+ years of operational leadership in manufacturing, strong OSHA knowledge, and proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Office. Night shift schedule and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; 3+ years of operational leadership in manufacturing.
• Must be able to work off-shift.
• Solid understanding of production processes and safety policies.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide direction to production team.
• Plan and schedule equipment utilization and maximize productivity.
• Investigate scrap, process excursions, quality issues and investigations.
• Enforce operating systems for safety, environment, quality and process controls.
• Submit labor, material, and equipment usage reports; track KPIs.
