Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Reno, NV. The role oversees overnight operations with accountability for safety, productivity, and quality, with relocation assistance for eligible candidates within 50 miles of Reno.

The position requires a 4- or 5- day schedule, a bachelor’s degree (or HS with experience) and supervisory experience in manufacturing. SAP exposure and bilingualism are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS/GED with 3+ years manufacturing or operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Visual Management and tier meetings focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.
• Apply lean tools to reduce costs, inventory, and lead-times and align with long-term strategies.
• Set manufacturing priorities based on the production schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
• Enforce safety policies, meet budgets, drive continuous improvement, and coach staff.
