Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Lee's Summit, MO. You will lead production teams, coordinate scheduling and changeovers, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.

The role focuses on continuous improvement and reliable plant performance. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or related field, knowledge of SAP, and strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field required.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis to drive production performance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively lead production employees and coordinate with management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily start up, routine production and changeover processes for assigned lines using SAP tools.
• Schedule personnel to include training, callouts, and temporary employees.
• Maintain records for reprocess.
• Update and verify the daily production reports.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders for Production.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to production processes.
