Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations on the production floor.

You will direct associates in safety, quality, and productivity while executing the department's action plans and corrective actions to improve processes and outcomes. Responsibilities include scheduling personnel, coordinating changeovers, maintaining records, leveraging SAP for daily tasks, and driving continuous improvement through 5S, root cause analysis, and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field required.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient in spreadsheets; ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily startup, routine production and changeover processes for assigned lines using SAP tools.
• Schedule personnel including training, callouts, and temporary staff.
• Maintain records for reprocess and downtime; verify production reports and checklists.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and manage non-conforming product recovery.
• Implement corrective actions and CI initiatives to improve processes.
• Ensure GMP/5S compliance and safety objectives.
