Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Nights Entry Packaging Team Member in Lee's Summit, MO, working 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.

You will operate basic packaging equipment, monitor lines, and ensure products are labeled and packaged to high quality standards. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with match, and various insurance options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform routine line changeovers.
• Inspect labeling, alignment, and packaging; follow FIFO inventory methods in SAP.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and documentation; support 5S and continuous improvement.
• Assist teammates and communicate effectively with supervisors and others on site.
• Record inventory transactions, shipments, and quality results in SAP.
