Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field required.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient in spreadsheets; able to analyze and interpret data to drive production performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead production employees and communicate goals and objectives.
• Coordinate communication between production floor and management.
• Ability to draft reports, develop one-point lessons, and publish training material.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily startup, routine production and changeover for assigned lines using SAP tools.
• Schedule personnel including training, callouts, and temporary workers.
• Maintain records for reprocess and downtime worksheets.
• Verify daily production numbers with warehouse and pack production.
• Implement production plan for the shift and ensure schedule adherence.
• Manage indirect material inventory to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with Quality Control on holds and new procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders for Production.
• Lead continuous improvements and GMP/5S adherence.
• Participate in assigned projects and safety initiatives.
