Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or related operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP compliance, housekeeping, training and performance management.
• Manage shift staffing, equipment utilization, and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement CQI initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Attend production and safety meetings and maintain shift documentation.
