Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mason, OH to oversee hourly manufacturing teams in blow molding operations. The role focuses on safety, quality and productivity while aligning with company policies and continuous improvement goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or related operations experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within manufacturing, with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership preferred.
• Interact with managers, employees, vendors and customers; strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all stages of blow molded container manufacturing.
• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies; manage performance and labor utilization.
• Oversee shift functions: safety, training, inventory, housekeeping and shift documentation.
• Review and authorize time records; coordinate temporary staffing and machine utilization to meet production goals.
• Lead shift meetings, participate in safety meetings and CQI initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
