Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (7pm–7am) to lead hourly teams and ensure safe, high-quality manufacturing operations.

You will oversee shift activities, train staff, manage labor and equipment utilization, and partner with operations leadership to meet production goals while maintaining CQI focus. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving within a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related operations or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Lead shift activities, training and performance management.
• Manage staffing, machine utilization, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and CQI initiatives.
