Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator I for the NIGHT SHIFT (6:30pm–7:00am) in West Hazleton, PA. You will operate blow molding machines, ensure safe, efficient production, and support line changes, with emphasis on quality and adherence to GMP standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing minor repairs, and collaborating with maintenance and production teams to meet output goals. Prior experience with plastics machinery is a plus, and travel is limited.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Conduct on-time quality checks and monitor processing conditions.
• Assist maintenance and other operators with mechanical repairs.
• Complete and file documentation promptly and accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and training.
