Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (7pm-7am) to lead hourly staff in safety, quality, and efficient production. The role requires directing shift activities, enforcing company policies, and ensuring proper documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in operations or related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in operations or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and housekeeping on shift.
• Supervise hourly employees and manage shift performance.
• Coordinate training, performance management and CQI documentation.
• Handle staffing, time records, and scheduling to meet production goals.
• Attend and lead shift meetings and safety meetings.
• Develop and implement methods to optimize manufacturing efficiency and labor utilization.
