Job summary

Nemco Food Equipment, LTD. is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the night shift on assembly, manufacturing or fabrication lines. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while coaching a team of 15–25 employees.

You will plan, schedule and monitor production, enforce standards, and develop staff. Occasional overtime is required as needed to meet production goals and shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as site leader or supervisor over 15–25 people.
• Forklift, press brake, spot welder, punch press, laser cutter and assembly line experience a plus.
• Capable of learning and applying Lean Principles.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Continually monitor employee behavior and workplace safety; provide coaching, discipline and correction.
• Maintain and improve compliance with quality standards.
• Capable of performing all tasks your employees are required to do.
• Create teamwork through effective leadership and communication.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps and resources; ensure safety, quality and productivity standards.
