Job summary

Nestlé USA in South Carolina is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 3rd shift (10p–6:30a) overseeing a team of about 30. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time production delivery.

The role emphasizes coaching, SOP adherence, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to align operations with Nestlé's standards and to support a inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or Leadership/Supervision.
• 2+ years in food manufacturing with production floor experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in GMPs, quality, and continuous improvement environments (Lean/TPM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deploy development plans and ensure team competencies per plan with training and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure SOPs/SSOPs compliance.
• Meet quality objectives through GMPs, sanitation audits, and product quality checks.
• Coach employees to meet and exceed job requirements; review targets and address variances.
• Maintain line controls and ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions and regulations.
• Oversee smooth factory operations through effective employee relations and skill distribution.
• Ensure timely launch of new products and coordinate with maintenance for equipment readiness.
