Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a site leader or supervisor for 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 3rd shift team, coaching, disciplining, and evaluating performance.
• Schedule and assign personnel to meet production plans and priorities.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards across the shift.
• Capitalize on Lean principles to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Communicate with plant leadership and interested parties on shift results.
