Job summary

The site leader will recruit, train, and develop staff, coordinate shift activities, and ensure compliance with policies. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to daily production

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a site leader or supervisor over 15–25 people.
• Lean principles experience.
• Forklift or manufacturing equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and workplace environment; coach, discipline, and correct to uphold standards.
• Maintain quality by following established standards and audits.
• Learn and perform all tasks your team performs; lead in process and lean initiatives.
• Maintain workflow by overseeing process steps, priorities, and resources.
