Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to plan and coordinate daily manufacturing activities. The role ensures on-time delivery, quality, and safety for a team in a fast-paced plant, with hours 10:30 p.m.

to 7:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. You will lead hourly staff, optimize resources, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing (floor) experience required.
• Experience with building product manufacturing (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in inventory control and distribution operations.
• Experience leading and supervising an hourly team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production to ensure a timely and efficient manufacturing process.
• Lead and develop all plant employees to meet production goals.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all production processes.
• Monitor production schedules and personnel scheduling; optimize resources.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
