Job summary

Clarios, a global leader in energy storage solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for our Florence, Kentucky plant. This hands-on leadership role will guide hourly production staff on the night shift, ensuring safety, quality, staffing, and productivity targets are met while supporting continuous improvement and plant performance.

You will lead daily production activities, coach team members, address real-time operational challenges, and ensure customer requirements are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead frontline employees and drive accountability in a fast-paced operation.
• Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Ensure staffing and work assignments meet daily production schedules.
• Drive a culture of safety and address risks proactively.
• Monitor production metrics and take corrective action when needed.
• Investigate issues and implement improvements to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations to ensure equipment reliability.

Education
