Pilkington North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 12-hour Night Shift on a 2-2-3 schedule at our Versailles, KY operation.

You will lead shift teams, uphold safety and quality standards, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement while meeting production and quality targets. The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work the 2-2-3 night rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety principles, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance.
• Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and production reporting systems.
• Ability to work a 2-2-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift health, safety, and policy compliance.
• Lead and supervise production to meet targets.
• Monitor shop floor performance and coach staff.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling.
• Conduct performance management and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality standards and address nonconformances.
• Support audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate objectives.
• Track training and certifications.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate safety incidents and quality issues.
• Ensure policy compliance and ethical conduct.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
