Job summary

Clarios, LLC in Florence, AL is hiring a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations at our facility. You will oversee hourly production staff, uphold safety and quality standards, manage staffing levels, and drive productivity to meet customer needs while ensuring reliable equipment.

This hands-on leadership role requires solving on-the-floor issues, coaching teammates, and partnering with maintenance and quality teams to implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work night shift and overtime as needed.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Coach staff and address on-the-floor challenges during night shift.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient plant operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations to resolve issues.
