Qualifications

• Min High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical engineering background.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics.
• Good process knowledge.
• Ability to train personnel.

Responsibilities

• Run the production area and ensure quantities meet specifications.
• Record production and shift data accurately and manage changeovers.
• Lead the team and manage staffing, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain safety and adherence to company policies.
