Niagara Bottling seeks a Production Operator for the night shift to manage daily production line activities, ensure safety and quality, and complete hourly production reports. The role requires inspection, defect reporting, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, raw material control to minimize downtime, and occasional line relief. Candidates should expect a 12-hour night schedule with a strong attendance record and a focus on throughput.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly.
• Inspect product visually and physically to prevent defects.
• Report quality defects to shift leadership.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and fill in as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
