Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Lead for night shifts to support daily production with a focus on safety, quality, and throughput. The role collaborates with the Production Supervisor to meet goals while complying with GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include shift communication, changeovers, material checks, and data entry in manufacturing systems to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supervisory or lead roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage people and projects is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and throughput on the line.
• Communicate shift-to-shift challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee changeovers, material checks, and quality checks.
• Support documentation in Oracle and production systems.
