Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator Lead for night shifts to collaborate with the Production Supervisor on daily floor operations. You will help ensure safety, quality, and throughput targets are met while complying with food safety standards.

The role requires strong shift communication, changeover preparation, and accurate reporting. Candidates should be able to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and contribute to a high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in field/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the position.
• 4 years – experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities and safety checks.
• Communicate shift challenges and opportunities to prep the next shift.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs for safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Support changeovers planning and material stock for production runs.
• Verify materials and BOM in Oracle/WMS/Line Management System.
• Assist with hourly and end-of-shift production reporting.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
