Job summary

As a key leader, you will coach operators, resolve line issues, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to sustain continuous improvements and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 1+ years supervising in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution.
• Ability to lead frontline employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals on the night shift.
• Coach and develop operators, address operational challenges, and drive problem-solving on the floor.
• Monitor line metrics and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and operations to sustain improvements.
• Ensure staffing and labor utilization align with daily production schedules.
