Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for the 1st shift at our Florence, Kentucky components facility. You will lead hourly production employees, ensure safety, quality, staffing, and productivity goals, and coach front-line staff to resolve issues on the production floor.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration with maintenance and quality teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a safe and positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability and willingness to work night shift, overtime, and other shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees and ensure safety, quality, staffing, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop front-line staff; address operational challenges in real time.
• Drive continuous improvement and partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability.
