Clarios is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Florence, KY to lead hourly production staff on the night shift, ensuring safety, quality, staffing and productivity targets are achieved. The role reports to the Production Manager and emphasizes hands-on leadership and on-the-floor problem solving.

You will drive daily production activities, coach employees, address challenges in real time, and help the plant meet customer requirements while keeping a safe, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered.
• 1+ years of supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven ability to lead frontline employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Willingness to work night shift, overtime, and other shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees, ensuring safety, quality, staffing, and productivity goals are met on night shift.
• Oversee daily production activities and coach employees to achieve targets.
• Address operational challenges in real time and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the plant meets customer requirements while maintaining a safe environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations to improve reliability and performance.
