Job summary

Clarios Florence, KY, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor (1st Shift) to lead hourly teams on the floor, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and meet daily production goals. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coach staff, address real-time issues, and partner with maintenance and quality to keep equipment reliable and processes efficient.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
• 1+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Ensure staffing, labor utilization, and work assignments meet daily production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive safety by enforcing health, environmental, and housekeeping standards; identify and address risks.
• Investigate production issues and process inefficiencies; implement improvements to reduce waste and improve performance.
