Superior Industries is seeking a motivated Team Lead – Night Shift to guide the production team and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate daily activities, mentor team members, and ensure work is completed safely and effectively.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability, with a shift schedule Sunday night through Thursday morning and a $3.00 shift differential. Opportunity to drive improvements and contribute to local manufacturing operations.
