Job summary

American Bath Group’s Bootz operation seeks a Production Supervisor for the night shift, leading approximately 8–12 hourly employees on a three 12-hour shift pattern. You will ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused shift execution while maintaining discipline when leadership is not onsite.

The role requires on-floor leadership, accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and active involvement in coaching, performance management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 8–12 hourly production staff.
• Strong safety mindset with PPE and lockout/tagout knowledge.
• Ability to coach, set expectations, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 8–12 production employees.
• Maintain floor presence and oversee shift performance.
• Enforce safe work practices and required safety procedures.
• Monitor hourly output, product mix, and quality checks.
• Track scrap, material usage and controllable costs.
• Make routine shift decisions and escalate when needed.
• Document downtime, coaching, performance, and quality events.
