Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the 12‑hour night shift in ST. Charles, IL, working 6PM–6AM. The operator will manage blow molding machines, perform basic adjustments, and support quality and maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient production of containers.

The role requires reliable attendance, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. OT may be required and occasional travel could occur.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform basic processing adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Conduct on-time quality checks and document results.
• Assist maintenance and other operators as needed.
• Complete required shift paperwork and communicate with supervisors.
