Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Olyphant. You will oversee a manufacturing team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, a technical degree or equivalent, and strong leadership. You will coordinate training, monitor KPIs, and uphold GMP and 5S standards to optimize shift operations.

Qualifications
