Job summary

Pregis is hiring a Production Team Lead to oversee Packers across multiple lines on a 7PM–7AM schedule. You will ensure quality, productivity, and SOP adherence while guiding workflow and facilitating shift handoffs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

The role demands leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced packaging environment. Experience in manufacturing supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Packers for multiple production lines and provide direction.
• Ensure SOPs are followed during production.
• Verify packaging components are correct for each job order.
• Maintain SAP inventory integrity and correct load flags.
• Monitor quality and report non-conformities with QA collaboration.
• Train Packers on QA SOPs and perform audits.
• Coordinate with QA, Quality Manager, and Operations to resolve issues.
