Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or packaging team is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Packers across multiple production lines, directing performance.
• Ensure SOPs and packaging components are correct for each job order.
• Maintain SAP inventory integrity and correct load flags for finished goods.
• Monitor for defects, report non-conformities, and collaborate with QA.
• Train Packers on QA SOPs and conduct audits for quality inspections.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and inform staff to minimize delays.
• Assist with staffing, overtime planning, and workflow optimization.
