Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Spring Garden Township, PA is seeking a Production Manager for the night shift (7pm–7am). You will lead the Production Department to deliver quality products safely and cost-effectively, coordinating with scheduling to align plant objectives with customer service requirements.

You’ll oversee staffing, safety programs, and process improvements, maintain inventory levels, and work with Maintenance on equipment care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Production Department staff and HR-related issues.
• Execute production schedule to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Oversee safety, health, quality GMP and company policies; enforce procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on preventive maintenance for equipment.
• Manage staffing levels to meet plant objectives and travel up to 25%.
