Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Lead to partner with the Production Supervisor on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput goals are met. The role involves supporting daily shift activities, changeovers, and material verification while maintaining GMP and food safety standards.

The position requires coordinating with hourly staff, reviewing line performance, and ensuring documentation accuracy during the shift, with a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years in the position.
• 4+ years of experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate shift challenges and opportunities from previous shift to prep for the new shift.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assist with batch minerals and preparing lines for scheduled changeovers.
