Qualifications

• Two to three years progressively more responsible experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• ITAR work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes work to meet daily production and shipping requirements.
• Maintains inventory of required raw materials and ensures timely orders.
• Monitors quality of products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Trains new employees in job requirements and existing employees on new techniques.
• Assists in interpreting company policies and enforces safety regulations.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
• Assists in creating and modifying manufacturing instructions.
• Implements shop floor lean practices to improve efficiency.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment; performs related duties as assigned.
